Jennifer Acosta, 36, of Artesia, scheduled to appear for non-jury trial April 6 on charges of battery against a household member.
Jesus S. Quintana, 46, of Lake Arthur, scheduled to appear for preliminary examination March 30 on charges of two counts of assisting escape and two counts of furnishing articles for escape.
Nathaniel B. Harvey, 30, of Artesia, scheduled to appear for preliminary examination March 30 on charges of embezzlement (over $500 but less than $2,500), escape from community custody release program, and possession of a controlled substance.
Devin E. Forlines-Kern, 19, of Artesia, found guilty of failure to pay fines. Sentenced to 16 days in ECDC.
