Pictured are two pieces, “Recycled Cowgirl” and “Recycling Fiesta,” now on display at the Artesia Historical Museum’s Art Center as part of the ReDress: Upcycled Style exhibition. All pieces are dresses handmade completely from recycled materials by Nancy Judd, an artist and environmental advocate based in Santa Fe. The exhibit will be on display through April 9.
