Jeremiah Mathis pauses from decorating to pose for a picture with his gingerbread house with icing and candy Saturday during the Artesia Arts Council’s 11th Annual Gingerbread House Workshop at First Presbyterian Church. A total of 75 gingerbread houses were made and donated to the arts council so children and their parents could adorn them.
