Roselawn Elementary School held its annual Read-In fundraiser Nov. 23. The Roadrunners collected donations and were treated to a fun-filled day of reading and reading activities with the purpose of raising money for the school and promoting a love of reading. This year, the funds raised will be used to purchase “chrome books” – small versions of laptops – and additional library books. Roselawn wishes to extend a sincere “thank you” to all who donated to the Read-In. Pictured above are students who collected more than $100 each: top row from left, Aracelli Torrez, Jayden Huerta, Rodolfo Beltran, Jennifer Rosas, Diamonyque Garcia, Michael Perez, bottom row from left, Ediel Miranda, Jett Chavez, Yeudiel Salamanca, Kaycen Samora, Alicia Torrez and Ervey Cano.
