Mack the Bulldog sports his Homecoming finest Friday morning on the corner of Seventh and Main streets in front of Nix Oil and Z-Bar-X Two Sisters Gallery alongside an American flag as Artesia and the country remember 9/11. Friday’s Homecoming parade had a theme of “Never Forget!” and other events, such as Yeso Elementary School’s annual enchilada supper and several class reunions, culminated in the Homecoming game at Bulldog Bowl between Artesia and Valencia.
