Sonya Jiminez, 45, of Artesia, found guilty of probation violation. Sentenced to 151 days in ECDC.
Frank Luna Jr., 51, of Artesia, scheduled to appear for preliminary hearing Sept. 16 on charges of two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession, delivery or manufacture of drug paraphernalia.
David Melendrez, 23, of Carlsbad, found guilty of driving on a suspended license and speeding. Sentenced to 90 days of unsupervised probation. Total fines and fees $307.
