David Fuentes Aguirre, 18, of Artesia, found guilty of battery upon a household member. Sentenced to 728 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $123.

James T. Perez, 37, of Artesia, found guilty of use or possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to 297 days of unsupervised probation. Total fines and fees $248.

Manuel Huerta, of Artesia, found guilty of use or possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to 314 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $448.

Megan M. Murrillo, 32, of Artesia, found guilty of probation violation. Reinstated probation and credited for time served.

Chris Dixon, 39, of Artesia, waived a preliminary hearing on five counts of unauthorized use or theft of the card of another. Bound over to district court for trial.

Candido Muniz, 28, of Artesia, bound over to district court on charges of aggravated battery upon a household member inflicting great bodily harm and false imprisonment.

Monica Aranda, 39, of Dexter, found guilty of DWI (first offense) and failure to maintain traffic lanes. Charges of open container dismissed. Sentenced to 364 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $613.

In a separate judgment, Redwine pleaded guilty to shoplifting. Sentenced to 90 days in the Artesia Detention Center with 70 days suspended and 90 days of supervised probation, and ordered not to be on the property of Wal—Mart.

Tabytha C. Lopez pleaded guilty to operators and chauffeurs must be licensed, amended from unlawful use of a suspended or revoked license. Total fines and fees $54.

Rickey M. Jimenez pleaded guilty to manufacture, possession or delivery of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to 90 days in ECDC with 70 days suspended and 90 days of supervised probation, and ordered to install an ankle monitor. Total fines and fees $229.

Mark O. Rommel pleaded guilty to contempt of court, failure to appear for arraignment. Sentenced to 90 days in the Artesia Detention Center with 90 days suspended. Total fines and fees $129.

Toby S. Kinnibrugh pleaded guilty to two counts of contempt of court, failure to pay fines. Sentenced to four days in the Artesia Detention Center at a rate of $58 per day for $211 in fines and fees.

Seren Q. Lilly pleaded no contest to shoplifting. Sentenced to 90 days in ECDC with 75 days suspended and 90 days of supervised probation, and ordered to install an ankle monitor. In a separate judgment, Lilly pleaded no contest to shoplifting and was sentenced to 90 days in the Artesia Detention Center with 80 days suspended and 90 days of supervised probation, and ordered not to be on the property of Wal—Mart. Marcus A. Molina pleaded guilty to operators and chauffeurs must be licensed, amended from unlawful use of a suspended or revoked license, violation of signal devices, and mandatory financial responsibility. Total fines and fees $237.

Katrina R. Montes found guilty of two counts of contempt of court, failure to pay fines. Defendant paid fines and fees in full and was released.
