ROSWELL – It’s that time again for the 2015 Dragonfly Festival at Bitter Lake National Wildlife Refuge, Saturday, September 12. The Friends of Bitter Lake NWR and the staff of Bitter Lake NWR will be hosting many free family friendly activities that everyone will enjoy.

Activities include early bird tours, wildlife tours, and dragonfly tours in which families will have an opportunity to travel to parts of the refuge that are not usually accessible to the public.

Other activities will include archery, fishing pool, kids treasure hunt, and kids arts and crafts.

The day will be filled with speakers, story time for the kids, arts and crafts vendors, exhibitors from around New Mexico, and much more.
