The Artesia City Council voted to once again table a proposed community water ordinance Tuesday in order to allow the committee drafting the ordinance time to implement changes suggested by council members and city officials.
Consultant Scott Verhines of Occam Consulting Engineers of Albuquerque provided the council with a general overview of the updated ordinance.
