Funds couldn’t come at better time for Pregnancy Help Center,    Lifeline Children’s Services

A benefit concert set for Saturday couldn’t be coming at a better time for Pregnancy Help Center of Artesia (PHCA) and Lifeline Children’s Services.
PHCA will be moving into its new headquarters at 610 W. Quay Ave. in preparation for a Feb. 9 opening.
