Today’s bad weather has become the source of some potential hazards in Artesia.
“We have a couple of mechanical problems around town people may want to keep in mind that may be caused by the weather,” said Artesia Police Department Cmdr. Lindell Smith. “The traffic lights at 20th and Main four-way are flashing red.
